2. Start with the face. Magical girls will have big eyes and are usually (but not always) characters who are often cheerful.
3. Finish her face and start with her hair.
4. Draw in her pigtails. You can use a spiral motion for these, looping the hair in circles.
5. Draw in the outline of her body.
6. Use rectangles to draw in her hands. One hand is clutched into a fist because she’ll be holding a wand.
7. Start on the top of her dress. Hearts are popular with magical girls, so notice the heart just below her throat.
